HDRUK are looking for Public Advisory Board members

Health Data Research UK is seeking people to join its first Public Advisory Board to help embed the voice of patients, carers and the public in their work.

The mission at Health Data Research UK is to harness the power of data to help people live healthier and longer lives and, as they develop our strategy to deliver this ambition across the UK, they need patients, carers and the public to advise on their direction.

The Public Advisory Board will provide advice on the delivery of the HDR UK vision, principles and future strategy, with particular emphasis on ensuring that health data is used responsibly for research and innovation.

HDR UK are initially looking to appoint three to seven members and are keen to hear from people who are excited about the opportunity to shape how health data is used to transform health and care. Appointed members will bring diverse experience, understanding and skills to HDR UK.

For more details and to apply see the HDR UK website.
